Terms of Service

This is a structural starting point, not legal advice — have an actual lawyer review it before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to record and publish the content of whatever browser tab you choose to share when recording. Nothing technically prevents sharing a tab for a site you don't own or don't have permission to record — doing so is a violation of these terms, and responsibility for that recording is yours alone, not ours.

Content ownership

You own your recordings and exports. We don't claim any rights to content you create using this service.

Accounts

You're responsible for the security of your own account and for the accuracy of the information tied to it. The service has a Free tier with usage limits and a Pro tier with expanded limits — see Pricing for the difference. Upgrading to Pro is currently a manual, by-request process, not automated billing; no payment information is collected or charged by this service today. If that changes, formal billing terms will be added here first.

Liability and termination

This service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Governing law and formal liability limitations are placeholders pending review with counsel.
